DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Domestic orders are shipped 3-5 business days after an order is placed. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days while USPS First class usually takes 2-4 business days.
* Shipping times may be slightly extended during periods of excessive heat to prevent melting and/or damage.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
We take pride in our work and want to provide only the very best. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are lovingly packed and shipped off to you. We will happily replace or refund products damaged during shipment if a photo of damage is submitted within 10 days of delivery. Used candles, however, cannot be returned or refunded.
If your package is damaged during shipping, you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@hamiltonwaxco.com for further details.
If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may also exchange it for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
